This is the most difficult to use food processor I have ever owned. I had a Cuisinart before and will be purchasing another ad soon as I write this post. The lid never lines up correctly. I'm throwing it in the garbage. I have all KitchenAid appliances and they are great. You guys need to to do some serious work on your food processors.

I only used this about 5 times. First of all, it's extremely difficult to use!!! I had to try to lock it and unlock it numerous time before I can get it working. Now the small parts of lid is broken off...so it doesn't work at all. Why they use the cheap plastic? I am so disappointed !!!!!! I trusted the name, KitchenAid.....

For a mini chopper this works great! I've used it several times and couldn't be happier. I love the way the cord stores as well, wrapping internally around the bottom. Makes for easy storage. Easy to operate and clean. I would highly recommend this product!

I love this thing! I bought it because of the drizzle feature in the lid, but its advantages go way beyond that. Very happy with the little Chopper, and it's a great addition to my small kitchen.

What is wrong with all these people complaining about ease of use ? OMG I use this thing every day and never had a single problem with it. The LID just twists on and off! You can do it with one or two fingers. NOWHERE near as difficult as a full size machine. I make everything in it including nut milks and butters and even nut/date pie crust for raw cheesecakes. If you can't understand the user guide go look on YouTube for goodness sake's.

I bought this last year and love it becouse of the size. now can you make a food processor that is this size? we live in a RV 8mo. out of the year and small size works much better. slices and shreds chees, carrots, potatoes and mushroom? I seen one recently by a another brand. I would like one from you.

I got this small food processor because I have never owned one any size. Gracious, this baby comes in handy for so many unexpected things. I know know the mains and use it for those but wow it's elevated to my favorite kitchen appliance! So many uses and for one person, my husband passed away and my son went to college and on..., and it's just perfect. The pink color was my personal touch and it fits elegantly. Thanks Kitchenaid!

I'm very happy with this model. They sent me to replace the old model I had with some issues very quickly. This comes in new and I have used it a few times without any issue. The noise level is low so I can use it anytime.
